Meet the leadership team at Montrose Regional Health.

Jeff Mengenhausen
Chief Executive Officer
Jeff Mengenhausen joined the Montrose Regional Health (MRH) leadership team as the Chief Executive Officer on September 1, 2021. In the first 4 years under his leadership MRH has completed construction of a 4-story 90,000 sq. ft. Ambulatory Care Center, separated from Montrose County, hired 120+ new providers, grew numerous services and expanded services into new surrounding communities. He was recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the Top Rural Hospital CEOs to know in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 and Top Community Hospital CEOs to know in 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025. A former Navy SEAL, Jeff has more than 20 years of successful experience leading a diverse array of operations with an unrelenting focus on quality and service. Prior to joining MRH, Jeff was the CEO of Madelia Health – which was named a Top 20 Critical Care Hospital in Patient Experience in 2020 & 2021, awarded by the National Rural Health Association.
Mengenhausen earned both his Master of Business Administration/Business Operations (MBA) and BA in Business Administration/Management from American Intercontinental University. He is certified in LEAN Six Sigma by Villanova University.

Tony Blair
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Tony Blair serves as Chief Medical Officer at Montrose Regional Health, where he provides clinical leadership and supports organizational goals to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. He brings more than 15 years of experience as both a physician and healthcare executive, with a background in hospital medicine, healthcare administration, and quality improvement.
Before joining MRH in 2025, Dr. Blair served as Vice President of Medical Affairs for the North Region of Marshfield Clinic Health System in Wisconsin, where he worked with physicians, nursing leaders, and executives to improve access, efficiency, and patient satisfaction across multiple hospitals and clinics. He previously held leadership roles as Chief Medical Officer at The Corvallis Clinic in Oregon, Medical Director of Hospitalist Services at Monument Health in South Dakota, and Medical Director of the Adult Hospitalist Program at Salem Health in Oregon.
Board-certified in Internal Medicine, Dr. Blair earned his medical degree from the University of South Dakota, completed residency training at the University of New Mexico, and received a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Minnesota.
Dr. Blair and his wife, Vicki, have two sons and two dogs. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the many outdoor activities that the Montrose area has to offer.

CoralAnn Hackett
Chief Nursing Officer
CoralAnn Hackett, DNP, MSN-ed, RNC-OB, joined Montrose Regional Health in 2004. She has been a Registered Nurse since 1994 (clinical background in Women and Childrens) and has been in nursing leadership since 2000 to include Nurse Supervisor, Nurse Manager, Nursing Director, Assistant Chief Nursing Officer, and now Chief Nursing Officer. The wide variety of nursing leadership roles she has held allow her the aptitude to mentor those at all levels of nursing leadership.
CoralAnn received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix as well as her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
When not at work, CoralAnn enjoys traveling, especially to see her two grown children and three grandchildren.
Paul Perrotti
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Perrotti joined Montrose Regional Health as the Chief Financial Officer on March 18, 2024. He has 25+ years of experience in prior financial leadership roles, acting as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Strategy Officer at medical facilities in the state of Georgia. Paul is responsible for envisioning and implementing successful strategies and ensuring our financial practices are in alignment with our institution’s mission–to provide high-quality healthcare services to our communities with excellent service, compassion and fiscal responsibility.
Paul has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
In his free time, Paul enjoys cycling and spending time with his wife, Lyn, and daughter, Jordan

Erin Skees
Chief Human Resources Officer
Erin Skees was born and raised right here in beautiful Montrose, Colorado. She received her degree from the University of Northern Colorado and spent the first seven years of her Human Resources career working for organizations in the Greeley/Longmont/Loveland area before relocating with her family to Montrose. Since her return to the area 13 years ago, Erin has held Human Resources leadership positions in retail, construction and the last seven years in health care.
She has served on a number of boards including the Chamber of Commerce and most recently as the Board Chair for the Western Workforce Development Board. Her passions include spending quality time with her family, traveling and enjoying the many wonderful outdoor activities that southwestern Colorado has to offer.

Courtney Cryer
Chief Operations Officer
Courtney Cryer, MSN, MBA, has been a member of Montrose Regional Health since 2011. With a background as a Registered Nurse, Courtney has contributed significantly across various departments, including the Family Center, Emergency Room, and in roles such as House Supervisor and OB Flight Nurse. Over the years, Courtney has progressed in her leadership journey, transitioning from Nurse Manager to Nurse Director, then to Service Line Director, and presently serves as the VP of Clinic Operations.
Her leadership is instrumental in advancing service lines and fostering connections with neighboring communities. Courtney’s dedication to growth and collaboration underscores her commitment to Montrose Regional Health’s mission.
Courtney completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Mesa State College in 2011 and later pursued her Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Business Administration from Grand Canyon University in 2020.
