Stewart recognized for compassionate leadership and commitment to supporting fellow caregivers

MONTROSE, Colo. (July 13, 2026) – Montrose Regional Health (MRH) announced that Tiffany Stewart, caregiver engagement manager in Human Resources, has been named the recipient of the 2026 Community Hospital Corporation (CHC) Mike Williams Award, which recognizes hospital employees who demonstrate exceptional compassion, service, and commitment to their colleagues and communities.

Previously known as the Dan Wilford Award for Compassion and Community Service, the award was renamed to honor Mike Williams, Community Hospital Corporation’s first employee and longtime CEO, who led the organization from 1996 to 2017. “Tiffany consistently exceeds expectations in her role and embodies the highest standards of community involvement and personal integrity,” Milner wrote in his nomination. “She takes the time to build trust and create a supportive environment for caregivers. Her strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and genuine concern for others make her a trusted and respected member of the team.”
