Q: Where does my health information in the Portal come from?

All of the information in the Portal comes from your Montrose Regional Health Electronic Health Record.

Q: How do I log into the Portal?

If you are already registered, sign on here. Then, simply enter your user name and password.

Q: What if I am not registered to use the portal?

If you have not received a log-on ID, you will need to stop by medical records and register for the portal.

Q: Can my family access my Portal?

Yes, you will need to fill out the Proxy Request form and bring it to the Medical Records Department.

Q: Are my Physician office records available here?

No. You will need to contact your physician for information regarding appointments and office visits.

Q: Who do I contact for possible errors in my record?

Please contact the Health Information Management Department for more information on how to amend your record: 970-240-7365

Q: Who do I contact to discuss my results?

Contact your primary care physician or the provider who ordered the test.

Q: What if my results are negative, can I cancel my follow-up appointment?

No. Always follow up with your healthcare provider regarding any test results.

Q: How will I know if my results are available to view on the Portal?

You will receive an email regarding new activity on your patient portal account. Results and reports will be available 36 hours after completion.

Q: Is my information safe?

Yes. Portal passwords are encrypted and URLs are re-written so that they cannot be copied and pasted. You and authorized family members are the only ones who can access your Portal. Also, a timeout feature protects your information if you leave the Portal page open.

Q: What if I ever have technical problems with the Portal?

You can email or you can leave a message at 970-240-7267. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for a response. Please feel free to contact us with any suggestions or improvements you have regarding the portal.
