Montrose Regional Health (MRH) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit healthcare system serving Montrose, San Miguel, Ouray, Gunnison, Delta, Hinsdale and San Juan counties.
Montrose Regional Medical Group (MRMG) is the physician-led medical group of MRH. Through MRMG, board-certified physicians and advanced practice providers deliver specialty care across Montrose Regional Health clinics and service lines throughout the Western Slope, working closely with hospital teams to provide coordinated, compassionate care close to home.
The hospital is licensed for 75-beds and offers an extensive range of inpatient & outpatient health care services, including cardiology, oncology, minimally invasive surgery, laboratory, medical imaging/radiology, Mountain View Therapy, Level III Trauma Center, Acute Rehabilitation Unit, Spine & Pain Center, advanced respiratory & pulmonary services, and a family birthing center.

Known for adopting advanced technologies such as robotic-assisted surgery and UVC disinfection, MRH is the second-largest employer in Montrose County, with more than 950 employees and over 188 providers representing 32 medical specialties. In addition to our main hospital location, we have a number of clinics our patients can visit that provide the quality level of care you can expect from us at Montrose Regional Health. These include the MRH Cardiology Clinic, the Montrose Lung & Sleep Center, the Center for Wellness, and the Pelvic Health Center. The Ambulatory Care Center at 3330 S. Rio Grande Ave. also features many additional services and locations, such as the Spine & Pain Center, Alpine Women’s Centre, General Surgery, and more.
